Yesterday, February 23, 2022, a workshop took place in the Food for Iași Living Lab. The purpose of the meeting with the Association of Local Products Producers in Iasi was to outline the agenda of events for the year 2022. The agenda was correlated with the needs expressed by the local producers, and members of the association.
Thus, within the Food For Iași Living Lab, actions will be organized to consult important actors in the city of Iași regarding the urban food system, to promote local producers and natural products, and to raise awareness of the benefits of short chains for the community.
Cecilia Tugulia and Ionel Păsărică from the Association of Local Producers Produced in Iași and Sebastian Brumă and Lucian Tanasă from the Romanian Academy Filiala Iași and the Rural Development Research Platform participated.
